Security

Carmichael Climate Storage is a modern facility that employs innovative technology to protect not only the entire building, but each unit, as well. Entry into the storage areas is controlled by entering your private access code into an electronic keypad. Since access to the upper levels is via elevator only, another security keypad in the elevators adds one more layer of protection for your belongings.

Peace of Mind

Your individual unit is tied to your access code. If you didn't use your code to enter the building or access the floor your unit is on, then an alarm will sound if your unit is opened. Additionally, our video surveillance system constantly assesses the entire site. Only bank vaults are more secure. Since we are a fully climate-controlled facility, your belongings are also protected from extremes of humidity, heat, and cold.

Convenience

We also offer the convenience of stocking a full line of packing and storage supplies right on the premises. Moving van access is provided, and we even rent U-Haul® trucks for all of your moving needs. Not sure which size unit to choose?
